Please Select the Course you wish to register for. Tuition for the course is $2,880 + HST regardless of the format you choose. RCDSO guidelines for obtaining advanced training requires participation in a Hands On Part of the course, where you will be injecting patients under Dr. Naslenas’ supervision. The cost of injections is included in your tuition fee. We strongly suggest that you bring your own patients so that you can follow them after the injections have been administered. Staff members can be patients. If you are unable to acquire your own patients, we will do our best to provide a patient for you with ADVANCE NOTICE OF 3 WEEKS.

You will be taken to our secure payment site to complete the transaction. All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You may also make the payment by calling our office (647) 346-7024. On the Payments page if the course has sold out, it will not allow you to purchase the course and you will be directed to another page with other options.

Should you need to cancel your attendance, a full refund  will be issued 3 weeks. An administrative fee $80 will be deducted. No refunds will be offered 3 weeks prior to the course, but you can re-book for a future date or for the Private Course.

In-Class Course Registrants, please note, that once you have been emailed access code to course materials 2 weeks prior to the scheduled course, we cannot offer you a REFUND. We understand that emergencies do arise, and we can offer the option of our Private Course or to re-schedule for another In-Class session.
